Returns/cancellations

If you would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your flowers as long as it is returned to Coco Eden “as new” in its original packaging and we are notified within 14 days, of the day after you have received your goods. You can notify us via email, letter or use the online contact us form. We will require your name and order number and contact details as well as a clear description as why you would like to cancel your order.

Refunds may take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

  • For any “In Plant Fragrance” we cannot offer refunds as we are unable to verify or test the fragrance is not contaminated in anyway.
  • the goods were a special order to your specification

 

Faulty goods
If your goods arrived damaged in any way, we will either give you a full refund on proof of receipt of the damaged goods, or send you a replacement. In order to make returning the item easier for you, we will provide a collection service. Please call us 0n 01483 728621 between 9am and 5pm to discuss and for us to arrange for a collection from your chosen address.

Refunds will be provided following proof of damaged goods and may take 3 to 5 days to appear on your account.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CITIZENS ADVICE CONSUMER SERVICE.
